Amal ES currently serves as Associate Director of Operations at NTT DATA North America, leading governance and operational reviews while facilitating cross-departmental meetings to track metrics. Prior experience includes Senior Manager roles in sales operations at NTT DATA and Apisero Inc., where Amal led teams in driving data-informed decision-making and developed forecasting models for sales accuracy. Amal has also held positions at Decathlon Sports India, managing teams and achieving significant revenue targets, and began a career as a Programming Analyst at Cognizant. Amal holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
