Fatih Gocturk

Fatih Gocturk is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an IT Technical Support Engineer at NTT Ltd. since March 2020, Fatih manages enterprise-level infrastructure support and leads internal IT projects through operational transitions. Previously, Fatih worked at Dimension Data in various roles, including Desktop & IT Infrastructure Support Engineer and Network Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting end-user devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering remote support within service level agreements. Earlier experience includes a role in workforce management at Türkiye İş Bankası, where Fatih planned rosters for a large call center team and provided customer service. Fatih holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, alongside an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Bournemouth Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Econometrics from Uludag University.
