Nadine Debowski

Nadine Debowski serves as the Global People and Culture Director at NTT DATA, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Debowski was the Head of HR Africa at Philips Lighting from January 2018 to December 2020, participating in the leadership team for Africa and the HR Leadership Team for Growth Markets. Experience also includes serving as HR Director for South Africa at Ingersoll Rand from January 2014 to December 2017, following a year as HR Business Partner, and as HR Manager for Le-sel Research (Pty) Ltd from October 2007 to December 2013. Earlier in the career, Debowski held several HR roles, including HR Officer at Astral Foods Ltd. and Human Resources Assistant at Gemaco Elbree Precision Engineering & Manufacturing. The career began with personnel administration at the South African National Defence Force. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Master Business Leadership and multiple Bachelor of Technology degrees in Human Resources Development and Management from the University of South Africa.
