Steffen Schwarze

Steffen Schwarze is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in instructional design and sales enablement. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist and Senior Learning Programmes Manager at NTT DATA, Inc., Steffen is responsible for delivering innovative learning solutions to a global audience of over 50,000 employees, managing blended learning programs across various technical portfolios, including Global Cyber Security. Previously, at Dimension Data, Steffen focused on the Global Cyber Security portfolio, ensuring alignment of learning content with stakeholder needs. Earlier roles at Core Group Southern Africa included delivering technical training for Apple products and managing sales teams, demonstrating a strong background in both education and sales.
