Subhashini Desigan

Subhashini Desigan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Head of Strategy and Operations for Applications and Business Process Services at NTT DATA, Inc., Subhashini Desigan is responsible for global operations and strategic planning. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for various divisions at NTT DATA, where responsibilities encompassed driving profitable growth, enhancing service delivery, and overseeing operational governance. Subhashini Desigan has also held positions at Avaya Inc. and Infosys Technologies Limited, where significant contributions were made to product management and large-scale transformation programs. Subhashini Desigan holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Duke University and recently completed a Global Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at INSEAD.
