Wai Mun Loke

Wai Mun Loke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail technology and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager in Process & Biz Tech at NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd since July 2009. This role involves overseeing back-end systems, including SAP Retail, Forecasting & Replenishment, and data analytics through Tableau dashboards, as well as managing system migrations to cloud platforms. Prior to this, Wai Mun held positions such as Manager of Process & Biz Tech, focusing on front-end retail technologies, and Branch In Charge, responsible for supermarket operations. Wai Mun began a career with an internship as a Management Trainee at Sulzer Chemtech Ltd and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from NBS Alumni Affairs, NTU, and has further education from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
