Louisa Ch'ng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in child development and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Child Support Officer and Consultant at NTUC First Campus since June 2018, Louisa co-founded ColorMeHappy Cosmetics in April 2017. As Director of InsightKIDS (Thailand) since April 2013, Louisa oversees a program focused on brain and character development for children. Louisa's previous experience includes serving as Practice Area Manager and Manager at Bain & Company from September 2000 to January 2016. Louisa holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School (2003-2005) and a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge (1996-1999).
