Lou Reese is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer currently at Complex NTWRK since October 2023, possessing a diverse technical background that includes previous roles at Clearco and Honey. In addition to software engineering, Lou has been a Personal Growth Coach at Rising Tides Collective since August 2021, focusing on career and identity transitions and supporting individuals in recovery. Lou has also contributed to industry diversity initiatives, co-founding a Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity group and leading LGBTQ+ workplace discussions.
