A movement studio and healthy food bar located in Herzliya. We specialize in mind-body experiences and wellness events for companies, which include a well-organized production, healthy and colorful food prepared by our health bar, and of course customized activities (according to budget and needs) from a rich and high-quality variety of mind-body content, for example: yoga, sound healing, breathing workshops wim hof, personal development discussions and more. All of our Activities are conducted under the guidance of teachers and instructors who are leaders in their field.
