Katie Briley

Katie Briley has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of Human Resources & Administration at NuAxis Innovations since March 2017. In this role, Katie develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business goals, manages employee relations, oversees HRIS systems, and nurtures a positive work environment. Prior to this position, Katie held roles such as Senior Human Resources Analyst and HR and Administrative Analyst, contributing to employee experience improvements and compliance with employment laws. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at MTE Corporation and an Executive Assistant at BAE Systems. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from James Madison University, earned in 2012.
