Otávio Silvério is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in agile project management and team facilitation, currently serving as a Tech Manager, Squad Lead, and Senior Agile Specialist at Nubank since August 2021. Otávio's prior roles include Agile Specialist at Nubank, Agile Project Manager II and I at Plataformatec, and IT Project Leader at Mauell Serviços de Tecnologia LTDA, where responsibilities ranged from coaching project managers to coordinating international project execution and leading technical research.
