Olivier Mohamad Soueidan

Olivier Mohamad Soueidan is an experienced chemist with a robust background in organic chemistry and research focused on cancer detection and treatment. Currently serving as Associate Director at NuChem Sciences since February 2020, Olivier has held various roles including Principal Scientist and Senior Research Scientist II. Prior experience includes positions as Research Scientist II/Project Chemistry Leader and Research Scientist at IntelliSyn R&D from August 2017 to February 2020, and Research Associate at the University of Alberta from March 2011 to July 2017, where Olivier worked on the design and synthesis of chiral organocatalysts and molecular probes for imaging breast cancer. Additional postdoctoral roles spanned institutions such as Ecole Superieure National de Chimie de Lille and Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles, focusing on multicomponent reactions and synthesis of biologically active molecules. Olivier holds a PhD and Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Paris-Sud University.
