Avni Bhalgat

Avni Bhalgat serves as the Activator Director for Nucleate Florida, overseeing the flagship startup incubator program since May 2023. Additionally, Bhalgat holds multiple leadership roles at Desi Dance Network Incorporated, including Director - Saanjh and Vice President Finance, focusing on organizational management and fundraising. At the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine, Bhalgat is in the PhD program in Oncology and Cancer Biology, engaging in various research labs and participating in student organizations as Founder and Co-President of the Graduate Student Book Club, and serving in multiple roles within the Graduate Student Association and Biomedical Graduate Student Government. Bhalgat's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Purdue University, complemented by significant research experience in cancer studies and various leadership roles in student organizations and community service.
