Russell started working at Standard Life in 1991 as an Account Manager, where they looked after top City centre and Regional accounts. In 2002, they became a National Account Manager, working with Nationals, Networks, and Service Providers. Russell worked on Wrap deals for Tenet and SimplyBiz during this time. In 2011, they joined Nucleus Financial Services as a Regional Business Development Director.
