Dominic Siewko is a seasoned professional in radiation safety and environmental health and safety (EHS) with extensive experience in the healthcare and radiopharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Radiation Safety & EHS at Nucleus RadioPharma, Dominic designs and implements innovative radiation safety and EHS programs for multiple manufacturing sites, while also influencing the development of theranostic radiopharmaceuticals. Previously, Dominic held key positions at Jubilant Radiopharma, where responsibilities included leading the Medical Device portfolio and overseeing corporate radiation safety. With a robust background as Radiation Safety Officer in various organizations, including Philips Healthcare and GE Healthcare, and foundational experience in health physics from Tufts-New England Medical Center, Dominic has consistently demonstrated expertise in radiation protection and regulatory compliance across multiple facets of the industry. Dominic holds an MBA in Healthcare from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
