Emmanuel Garcia Carrasco is a seasoned professional in geotechnical engineering with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at NewFields since February 2021, Emmanuel also holds a consulting position at Geotecnia Global since September 2015 and has worked as a Foundations Engineer at Skyline Steel since November 2010. Prior to these roles, Emmanuel worked as a Foundations Engineer at Arcelor Mittal / Nucor Yamato, specializing in the design of civil works including coastal docks and parking structures. Emmanuel's earlier experience includes a position as Chief of Geotechnics at Ayesa México, leading projects such as the Zapotillo Dam and Metro Línea 12, and serving as Technical Manager for Officine Maccaferri S.p.A in the USA. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Soil Mechanics and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.
