Andrew Mulder

Andrew Mulder is currently serving as the People Director at nudge since January 2024. Previously, Andrew held the position of Head of People at MVF, an award-winning global digital marketing and media advertising company, from May 2018 to December 2023. Andrew's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Princes Trust, followed by roles at the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales, where Andrew worked as a Human Resources Officer, and at Kennedys as a People Strategy Partner. Andrew’s earlier experience includes a role as an Executive Search Consultant at FMC Ltd, focusing on executive search in various sectors. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England.
