Michael Eder has worked in various roles throughout their career. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as the Head of Technical Department at vcare Infosystems AG. Michael then joined GlassHouse Technologies AG in 2009 and held the position of Head of Technical Department until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Managing Director at GlassHouse Technologies AG. In 2014, they became the CEO of nudgeIT AG, where they focus on helping enterprises improve IT support and user efficiency through consulting and the implementation of self-service chatbot systems.

Michael Eder pursued their education in a methodical manner, completing their Master's Degree in Mechanical and Process Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Economics and Informatics.
