Federico Tripodi

Federico Tripodi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agricultural sector. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Nufarm since June 2023, Tripodi also fulfills dual roles as Chair of the Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Directors at the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute since January 2019, alongside the position of Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors. As the Founder and CEO of Blacktop Holdings since September 2019, Tripodi advocates for sustainable food solutions. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Calyxt from May 2016 to September 2018, where Tripodi successfully transitioned the company to a publicly traded entity, and a significant tenure at Monsanto Company from December 1998 to May 2016, holding various global leadership positions in product development and commercialization. Tripodi's academic credentials include an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
