Lakshmi Shyamakrishnan, MSMA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development across multiple companies. Currently serving as the People and Culture Coordinator for Nuix since January 2024, Lakshmi previously held roles at Appian Corporation as Talent Development Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior HR operational experience includes an internship at Jacobs, where accomplishments included creating a region scorecard and designing a dashboard for recruitment metrics.
