Maurus Hilber began their work experience in 1994 as an Elektromonteur at Schneider & CO. AG. Maurus held this role until June 1999. In 2003, Hilber joined NUM AG as the Head of R&D CH / Software Development, a position they still hold.
Maurus Hilber earned a degree in Systemtechnik from NTB Interstaatliche Hochschule für Technik Buchs SG, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Maurus graduated with the degree of Diplomierter Ingenieur FH.
