Vedran Pokorni is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in quality assurance and operations management. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager - Operations at numa since January 2020, Vedran previously held the dual role of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Vedran worked as Regional Executive Housekeeper at Azure Hotels Berlin, overseeing the maintenance of 400 rooms and a 700-bed hostel while leading a diverse team of up to 60 colleagues. Vedran's extensive experience includes roles as a Quality and Compliance Auditor at Foremost Hospitality, contributing to the opening of eight hotels, and various positions at Kempinski Hotels, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Housekeeper to Rooms Division Management Trainee. Vedran began a career in hospitality with a Rooms Intern position at Gaylord Entertainment and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Hotel Management from University Centre “César Ritz.”
