Chip Leen

Chip Leen is an accomplished legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Numat, Chip has previously held key positions such as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Entegris and Managing Attorney at CMC Materials, where leadership of a global legal team was executed. Earlier roles include Senior Counsel at Aon Hewitt and Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, focusing on complex corporate transactions and compliance. A former Lieutenant in the United States Navy, Chip also possesses a strong academic background, holding a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. in International Affairs from Marquette University.
