Arthur S. Hitomi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Numecent. Prior to Numecent, Arthur was the Information and Computer Sciences Leadership Council Chair at the University of California, Irvine from June 2016 to June 2018. Arthur was also the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at Endeavors Technologies, Inc. from September 2006 to September 2008, and the Chief Development Officer/VP Engineering/Co-founder from March 1998 to August 2005.
Arthur S. Hitomi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC Irvine, an Advanced Management Programme from Henley Business School, and an M.S. in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
