Currently employed as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Numen since July 2020, Rita previously held positions including IT Senior Manager at Itambé and Senior Project Manager roles at Seidor and Capgemini. Rita's background encompasses significant leadership in IT with a strong focus on SAP implementations and system integrations, having served as Director of Information Systems (CIO) at CTIS Tecnologia and Senior IT Manager at Brasil Pharma. Education includes a Post Graduate degree in Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
