Key achievements during this tenure involved the creation of a streamlined support model, significantly reducing turnaround times and mismatched severity, as well as implementing best practices in support across multiple products. Prior to Finastra, Stephane held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Customer Support at Misys, Turaz Global TRM, and Thomson Reuters, and possesses extensive experience in managing global support organizations. Stephane holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
