Before joining NUPCO, Saad worked at the Ministry of Health from June 2004 to November 2013, where responsibilities included serving as a pharmacist and acting department manager within the Purchasing and Contract Department. Saad holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from King Saud University, completed in 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, obtained in 2011.
