Gavin Kennedy Fcipd

Gavin Kennedy, FCIPD, is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as Deputy Director of People and Culture at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since March 2023. Previously, Gavin held roles including Deputy Director of People at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities from August 2019 to August 2023, and Deputy Director of People, Capability and Change at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government from August 2019 to October 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Planning, Performance & Assurance at the Care Quality Commission, and as a Planning and Performance Officer at the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Early career experience includes positions as a Trainee Auditor at the Audit Commission and Production Manager at HSBC. Gavin earned an MSc in Financial Management from SOAS University of London and a BA (Hons) in Business and Economics from The Open University.
