Michael Hamacher

Michael Hamacher is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Americas for Calma by Nurus since June 2024, Michael leads regional strategy and operations for innovative workspace solutions. Additionally, as a Principal at P3 Performance Group, Michael provides fractional leadership to organizations seeking flexible C-suite support. Previously, Michael held key roles at Home Franchise Concepts, DIRTT Environmental Solutions, Herman Miller, and Medical Insight A/S, among others, demonstrating a strong background in commercial strategy, partner success, and sales management. Michael is an alumnus of Kansas State University and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
