Naeemah Rolle

Naeemah Rolle is a professional with diverse experience in people analytics, talent development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate in People Analytics & Talent Development at Nutrafol since April 2023, Naeemah manages payroll processing and leads professional development programs for a remote workforce. Previously, as an Employee Experience Specialist at EmpiRx Health, Naeemah designed employee experience initiatives and analyzed metrics to improve learning and development.
