Paul M. Vinay, BS, MS, ASP, CSP, currently serves as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Nutramax Laboratories, overseeing EHS management for five sites and more than 800 employees since February 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Chief Environmental, Health, and Safety / Security Manager at Giti Tire Manufacturing (USA) Ltd., where responsibilities included developing EHS and security activities for a 1.7 million square feet start-up facility. Prior to that, Paul was the Corporate Director of EHS at Genpak, where focus was placed on creating a behavior-based safety climate across 16 manufacturing sites. As the Global Director of Corporate Health & Safety at Columbus McKinnon, Paul established a comprehensive health and safety compliance program for 22 manufacturing sites worldwide. Early career experience includes the EHS & Facilities Manager role at Duff Norton and technical services coordination at Schlegel Corporation. Paul holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
