With experience in various roles at different companies such as Nutreco, Greencore, and Huntsman, Carl has a proven track record of driving business performance management and achieving cost reduction targets. From their early roles as an Engineering Technician to their current position as Global Operations Excellence Director, Carl has consistently focused on inspiring and enabling sustainable improvement across all functions and supply chains. Carl holds a degree from Sheffield Hallam University and completed their secondary education at Healing Comprehensive.
