Tim Karreman

Tim Karreman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Project Manager at Nutreco since December 2020, Tim is focused on designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning for a workforce of over 11,000 employees. Tim has also owned Tijmen training en coaching since April 2011, providing management consulting and coaching services. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager at Mammoet, where responsibilities encompassed supporting senior management and overseeing all human capital operational processes, and HR Business Partner at ECN, providing strategic guidance on performance management and cultural development. Tim's earlier experience includes leadership roles in recruitment and development at Heerema Marine Contractors and HR project leadership at Corus Group plc. Tim holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the University of Twente.
