Stephen Owusu Adjei

Stephen Owusu Adjei is an experienced Associate R&D Scientist at Nutromics, specializing in electrochemical aptamer-based biosensor fabrication and testing since December 2021. Previous roles include Laboratory Manager at Australian Clinical Labs and Molecular Pathology Assistant at Finney Hospital and Fertility Centre, where responsibilities included human embryo development and hands-on laboratory training. Stephen also worked as a Research Support and Bio-Data Analyst in malaria research, a Card Verification Officer at the National Identification Authority, and a Clinical Research Assistant at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. Earlier experience includes positions as a Research and Teaching Assistant and a Microbiologist Laboratory Technician during an internship. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Cape Coast, completed in 2017.
