Luyi Li has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving in a legal role at Nuvisan Pharma Services since November 2021, focusing on legal matters for CRO and CDMO sectors. Previously, Luyi worked as a Foreign Lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP in the Corporate Group and China Desk from May 2014 to December 2016, and at Gleiss Lutz and Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partner in short-term secondee roles. As a Managing Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from January 2008 to August 2013, Luyi specialized in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment in China, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and liquidation of foreign companies. Prior experience includes roles at Mann+Hummel Filter Co. Ltd, providing a macro understanding of a multinational company. Luyi's educational credentials include a Master of Advanced Management from Hochschule Neu-Ulm, a Magister in Basics of German Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and a Master's Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester.
