Chad Paalman

Chad Paalman has a long and varied work experience. Chad began their career in 1995 as a Technician at Michigan State University, followed by a Regional Manager at First Telecommunications. In 2005, they co-founded NuWave Technology Partners, where they served as CEO and Managing Partner. In 2008, they founded NuWave Medical Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of NuWave Technology Partners. In 2021, they became Managing Partner at Prescott and in 2022, they joined Highpoint Community Bank as a Director on the Board of Directors.

Chad Paalman earned a Bachelor of Science in ANR Communications from Michigan State University between 1995 and 1999.
