Sue Wells began their work experience in 2001 as a Mathematics Teacher at Lakota Local Schools. From 2005 onwards, they joined NuWaves Engineering, where they held the role of Controller. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various activities such as Human Resources, Accounting, and Contracts. Sue also led and directed the implementation of strategic and tactical operations and had experience with Defense Contractors Audit Agency (DCAA) Compliance.
Sue Wells obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Mathematics from Rowan University between 1985 and 1989. Sue then pursued a Masters degree in Mathematics at the University of Dayton from 1993 to 1998.
