Chris Heintz

Chris Heintz has over three decades of experience in environmental and geological consulting. Since March 1994, Chris has served as a Senior Environmental Advisor at NV Energy, providing corporate support for coal-fired power plants and air-related assistance for natural gas-fired plants. Previously, from 1990 to 1994, Chris was a Project Geologist at Kleinfelder, where responsibilities included managing underground storage tanks, performing environmental site assessments, and conducting soil and groundwater sampling. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Senior Geologist at Leighton and Associates from 1986 to 1990, focusing on evaluating soils and geological conditions for various grading projects. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from California Lutheran University, earned in 1987.
