Lauren Schroeder

Lauren Schroeder is an experienced professional in talent development and university recruiting, currently serving as the Talent Development Program Manager and Early Career & University/Campus Recruiting Manager at nVent since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over six years at Cargill, where positions included University Recruiting Diversity Program & Partnerships Leader and Senior University Recruiter for Trading, Finance, Merchandising & Sales. Lauren also held various roles at Southwest Christian High School as Director of Admissions & Marketing and at Cargill as an Early Career/University Recruiter. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Admission Counselor. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Communication Arts and Literature Education from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
