David Shannon is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Secretary at NVIDIA since July 2002, where David has also held the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Prior to joining NVIDIA, David held the position of Vice President, Legal at Intel from May 1993 to July 2002. In addition, David served as a Board Member and past President of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley from 2003 to 2014. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Law, obtained between 1982 and 1985, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Pepperdine University, completed in 1976.
