Yaniv Har-Nof

Yaniv Har-Nof is a highly experienced operations executive with a strong track record in managing complex logistics, supply chain, and customer service initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as VP and Head of Commercial Operations at NVision Imaging Technologies, Yaniv leads all operational aspects and successfully manages product transitions and ERP system implementations. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Yapama, significant improvements in supply chain performance and client retention were achieved. Yaniv also held VP Operations at Lapidot Group, where multi-entity restructuring resulted in notable operational efficiency gains. Experience at Teva Pharmaceuticals and other organizations includes managing large teams, implementing automated systems, and enhancing logistical processes. Yaniv holds an MBA in Strategic and Project Management from Victoria University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Haifa.
