Rick Rosenjack

Rick Rosenjack has a comprehensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Rick has held various leadership positions in different companies throughout their career.

Rick started their career in 1985 at Textron Aerostructures, where they held multiple positions in quality and manufacturing management. Rick then moved to Bell Flight in 2000 and served as the VP of Supply Chain Management. Rick later became the Senior VP of the Commercial Helicopter Business and a Board Member of Bell Agusta Aerospace Company.

In 2005, Rosenjack joined Precision Castparts as the VP and General Manager of the Aerostructures Division. Rick then moved to Gridiron Capital LLC in 2013, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer.

Their next role was at Triumph Group, where they held the positions of Corporate Vice President and Executive Vice President from 2014 to 2017. After that, they joined TECT Corporation as the President and CEO, and also served as a Board Member until 2021.

Currently, Rosenjack is the President and CEO of NWI Aerostructures and has been a Board Member since 2019. Overall, they have demonstrated leadership and expertise in the aerospace industry throughout their career.

Rick Rosenjack earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Later, from 1984 to 1988, they attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Rick also participated in the Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School in 2002 and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1995, both sponsored by Textron.
