Previously, Michael worked as a Resource Developer for the Town of Innisfil, where expertise in developing a Corporate Grants Portfolio facilitated funding for strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Corporate Grants and Capital Projects Coordinator for the Corporation of the Town of Georgina, managing a $100 million capital project portfolio and leading grant submissions aligned with the Town's strategic priorities. Michael also played a key role in the Emergency Operation Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing critical support for municipal decision-making. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a Master of Public Policy, Michael possesses extensive experience in strategic planning, communication, and policy advising.
