Dave Dubay

David Dubay possesses extensive experience in construction management and military leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Northwood Ravin since June 2014, David has held various project management roles within the firm, which focuses on development, construction, and property management across the U.S. Prior to this, David served in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 2012, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and holding key leadership roles, including Deputy Commander and Director of Operations. David's military career included managing significant portfolios and directing multiple operational programs. Academically, David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Military Management from Touro University California, complemented by advanced leadership education from Air University.
