Eric-Paul Schat

Eric-Paul Schat has extensive experience in sustainability, human rights, and operations within the semiconductor industry, having served in various senior director roles at NXP Semiconductors since 2005. Schat's leadership has extended to board positions with the Responsible Business Alliance and the European Partnership for Responsible Minerals, where a chair position was held in 2021. Schat's early career at Philips led to roles including Sr. Director and Operations Manager, General Manager, and Technical Manager across multiple locations and divisions. Educational credentials include a degree in Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology and VWO from Nassau Scholengemeenschap Breda.
