Matthias van Broekhoven

Matthias Van Broekhoven serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Operations at NXP Semiconductors since March 2016, overseeing a team of 367 individuals and managing a budget of $25 million annually. Responsibilities include leading global Sales, Distribution, Pricing, and Customer Supply Chain Operations, while actively participating in the sales management team at NXP. Prior to this role, Matthias held multiple senior positions at Broadcom, including Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Customer Service. Matthias also gained extensive experience at HP, where roles included Director of Worldwide Sales Operations and Senior Finance Manager in various divisions. Matthias holds an MBA in General Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a minor in economics from Vesalius College, Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
