NXTNANO was formed in 2013 with a vision to solve historical industry limitations and engineer a process allowing nanofibers to be manufactured at a commercially viable rate. Our advancement has resulted in many new industries and applications now benefiting from the unique properties of nanofibers. NXTNANO's production capability in material width, speed, volume, & fiber versatility is simply unmatched. We have the ability to produce fibers from polymers of PU, PVDF, PAN, PES, and others. This versatility combined with a unique ability to simultaneously spin multiple polymers provides unprecedented flexibility. Additional research is being committed to adding "functionality"​ to polymers, enhancing nanofibers characteristics to not only preform filtration tasks but to enhance or preform additional function's such as odor and light absorption, even piezoelectric properties.

Our production technique is a revolutionary departure from the normal methods of fiber spinning that allows us to put down more & finer fiber, with greater consistently and bonding.
