Justin Rivers, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Recruitment and Employment at NY CREATES since August 2022. Prior to this role, Justin managed Nursing Engagement at Glens Falls Hospital from February 2020 to August 2022, focusing on cultivating a positive work environment for nursing staff. Justin's extensive experience in recruitment began as a Corporate Recruiter at CMA Consulting from January 2011 to February 2020 and includes roles in marketing, education, and banking. Justin holds an MBA from Nyack College and a prior degree in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by a Microsoft Network Engineer certification from Skidmore College. Additionally, Justin is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
