Jessica Hensel is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing for NYC Ferry since October 2021, after holding the position of Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Creative Project Manager at Central Amusement International, Inc., overseeing projects at Luna Park in Coney Island and Victorian Gardens in Central Park. Jessica has also worked at Walt Disney World as an Entertainment Character Attendant and gained additional experience in customer service and marketing roles at various organizations, including Glenridge Orthodontics, Retro Fitness, and Faviana International. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Graphics from the New York Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2015.

NYC Ferry
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is working with the Office of Mayor de Blasio to launch the NYC Ferry. The Hornblower Company has been selected as the operator of the NYC Ferry. The service will consist of five new ferry routes in addition to the existing East River Ferry Service (transitioning into NYC Ferry), all charging a fare of $2.75 and allowing transfers between routes.
