Brianna Baptiste

Brianna Baptiste M.S. serves as the Assistant Director of Communications at NYC Health + Hospitals since May 2020, also holding the role of Assistant Coordinating Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Lead at SABON USA, where Brianna managed finance, customer service, and visual marketing from June 2016 to April 2020. As Opinion Editor for Buffalo State Record from May 2018 to January 2020, responsibilities included article assignment, organization, and community engagement. A public relations internship at Unyts involved strategizing blood drive recruitment and health fair participation. Early career experience includes serving as a retail supervisor at Century 21 Department Stores. Brianna is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Howard University, having previously obtained a Master’s in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University and a Bachelor's in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Buffalo State University.
